Our services include EHR and RPMS support, workflow analysis and optimization, user training, system configuration, testing, upgrade support, troubleshooting, and coordination between clinical staff, IT teams, and leadership. Our Services
Clinical Application Support
Remote, part-time CAC services designed to provide immediate operational coverage when sites are short-staffed or between Clinical Applications Coordinators. Provide day-to-day RPMS, PCC, and EHR support, including issue resolution, user management, configuration updates, template and parameter maintenance, patch testing, and upgrade assistance.
Services focus on maintaining system stability, supporting clinical users, monitoring data quality, and coordinating with local IT, OIT, and national support resources. This interim support helps ensure uninterrupted clinical operations and continuity of care until permanent CAC staffing is in place.
Workflow & End-User Support
Support alignment of RPMS/EHR functionality with clinical operations through workflow assessment and system optimization. Configure and maintain templates, order menus, clinical reminders, EHR notifications, and system parameters to improve documentation efficiency, data accuracy, and provider workflow.
Provide end-user training, new staff onboarding, workflow troubleshooting, and development of quick-reference materials. Assist with data quality improvement, documentation standardization, and user adoption. Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, local IT, and HIM to ensure issues are resolved and system changes support operational and regulatory requirements.
Continuity & Project Support
Provide fully remote interim CAC coverage via secure VPN to maintain continuity of RPMS/EHR operations during staffing vacancies, extended leave, or organizational transition. Focus on operational stabilization, prioritization of critical issues, and continuity of clinical support to minimize disruption and operational risk.
Support high-impact activities remotely, including go-live planning, upgrade and patch cycle coordination, package implementation, system change validation, data cleanup, and clinical reporting. Manage and track service requests, coordinate with OIT, Area, and national support teams, and communicate status to clinical leadership and IT—all while working offsite.
Services are designed to maintain compliance, preserve system integrity, and ensure uninterrupted patient care until permanent CAC staffing or full operational capacity is restored, without the need for onsite presence.
